I figure it's time to try to create a meet-up in the middle of the country again (well, as middle as we can get without sitting on the bottom of the ocean, I guess XD)

Once again everyone's more than welcome at my place in Odense (it's not too far from the city central train station and there are busses). And again, I can't say this loud enough. It's not just for DANES! *grins* or for that matter, those who took part last time - the more the merrier (depending on the amount of people coming over, we'll figure out some sleeping arrangements, don't worry!)

We're awfully short on long weekends this time, mostly because spring seems to hoard all the national holidays (the bastard). I'll try to get Friday and Monday off from work, so for any early arrivers/late leavers, it shouldn't be a problem.

Yes, one day participants are welcome as well ^_^ (we don't bite, seriously! We may keep you up half the night watching vids and talking fannish stuff, however.)

I may be able to do November 20th-21st and December 4th - 5th, too, I just don't know yet.

The poll will stay open for as long as possible, so when you know, we'll just add the dates if they're possible for you as well ^_^

I added my vote for Dec 4th/5th - it's the most popular date so far, and if we decide on that weekend, the meet-up will just me my priority, so there. Aww, we'll have to do Christmassy things, ok? Christmas cookies, pakkespil, etc., yeah :o) ?

Hmmmmm, cookies. Well, if someone else is baking, because I don't think I've baked cookies in ten years - of course it COULD be a challenge to just try. I can't vouch for the outcome, though XD (damn it, now I have an urge to bake cookies!)

We have our annual Christmas dinner with work the weekend before, so the 4th/5th would work out best for me (although the party's on a Friday, I KNOW from experience I'm not fit for human company on the Saturday XD and I want to enjoy a fannish weekend most of all *g*)

It does look like it'll be the 4th/5th of December and the sooner we set the date, the easier it is for people to plan - it's notoriously hard to pin people down that time of the year *g*.

I bake a pretty decent cake -- and pebernødder! I'd be willing to work out some edibles to bring along XD
